Meet Your Coach

Rob is our personal trainer and professional chef with over 14 years of experience. All one-on-one trainings, bootcamps and the creation of meal and workout plans are done by Rob personally. His go-getter personality and extensive knowledge are the perfect combo for unbelievable results.

Our story

Rob started training 14 years ago, not because he loved it, but to keep his scoliosis in check. After getting his chef’s diploma, he started working while keeping up with his daily workouts. His passion with training and nutrition grew. In 2022, he started Rise Along as a way to help more people transform, feel their best and take control of their health.

Our approach

No two people are the same. We combine healthy (and tasty) meals, personalized workouts and daily support to create a tailored plan for each individual client. We take stock and adjust along the way to get the best possible results, depending on your goals.
